Joanne graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy, receiving the Andrew Taylor Still Award of Excellence. She has additional training in paediatric anatomy and birth under Dr. Jonathan Evans.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Joanne has been working with babies exclusively since 2015 and teaching practitioners since 2021.Â
Dr. Mandeep Johal, Doctor of Dental Surgery
Dr. Johal collaborates on the infant oral function and tongue tie-related course content, bringing an interdisciplinary dental perspective to feeding, latch assessment, and oral function education.
Dr. Dustin Costescu, Obstetrician-Gynecologist
Dr. Costescu co-teaches Birth & Its Injuries, bringing an obstetric perspective on how birth mechanisms may influence infant tissues and development.
