His humerus moves smoothly across his chest.
This is a good problem to catch in babies who are spending more time on their tummies or starting to crawl. If the humerus can't get under the body, they can't posture their heads and chests up properly.
HINT: When Mom reports that her baby doesn't like "tummy time", it might not only be due to a spinal extension issue. The baby might be upset that they can't get their arm under themselves!
